(2.) REVISIONIST, Nepal Singh, was con victed by the trial Court under Section 9 of the Opium Act in Criminal Case No. 1374 of 1980. Four Kg. of opium was said to have been recovered from his possession. Criminal Appeal No. 267 of 1982 filed by him was dismissed by the V Addl. Sessions Judge, Bareilly vide judgment and order dated 30-7-83.
