JUDGEMENT

(1.) KUNDAN Singh, J. List has been revised but no one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this Revision.

(2.) HEARD learned A. G. A. and perused the relevant papers.

(3.) I have examined the evidence on record and found that both the courts below were justified in recording the conviction and sentence for rash and negligent driving and causing injuries on the person of the deceased. The judgment and orders of the courts below did not suffer from any il legality of infirmity. The applicant was ar rested at the spot. He also admitted that when he went to see the victim he was ar rested by the police. I do not find any merit in this revision.
