JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. L. Sharaf, J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) THE petitioner has applied for being appointed as Urdu teacher in the school run by U. P. Basic Shiksha Parishad. THE petitioner has the qualification of Adeeb-e-Kamil which is equivalent to B. A. in Urdu as such he is entitled to be selected to the post of Assistant teacher in Urdu. Inasmuch as according to the circulars issued Adeeb-e-Kamil is equivalent degree with B. A. in Urdu. In view of the same, I direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, keeping in view the observations made by me in this order within a period of three months from date.
