(2.) THIS revision is directed against the order dated 31-7-84 of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Varanasi, in Case No. 1026 of 1983 under Section 125 Cr. P. C.

(3.) WITH the observations above, the revision petition succeeds in part and the impugned order is set aside and sent back to the court concerned for the decision of the applicant's application in accordance with the provisions under Section 127, Cr. P. C. Revision partly allowed. .
