JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri H. N. Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionist. None appears for the State. Perused the material on record and the memo of appeal.

(2.) THE proceedings under Section 107/116, Cr. P. C. were initiated against the revisionist. Notices under Section 111, Cr. P. C. were issued on 2.8.1984 calling upon the revisionists to show cause as to why they should not be bound down for keeping peace for a period of one year. It is this order which is challenged in this revision.
