JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Lokendra Dobhal, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A.

(2.) The revision is being finally disposed of at admission stage with the consent of the parties.

(3.) Revisionist Dinesh Bamola alongwith one Kailash Joshi was convicted by the trial Court for an offence under Sec. I.P.C. and was awarded sentence of two years' R.I. and a fine of Rs. 5,000.00 each and in default of payment of fine to undergo further R.I. for six months. Criminal Appeal No. 15 of 1996 preferred by them was dismissed by the appellate Court by judgment and order dated 10.6.1997.
