JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned standing Counsel.

(2.) This petition arises out of the proceedings under Sec. 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act.

(3.) It appears that an order of ejectment from the land in dispute was passed by the Tahsildar, BindkL, Distt: Fatehpur, against the petitioner on 18-12-83. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner filed a revision before Collector, Fatehpur, which was dismissed on 18-12-87 on the ground that the State Government was not impleaded as one of the respondents.
