(1.) THESE two revisions arise out of the Judgment and order dated 4.6.84 passed by Sri S. C. Srivastava, Special Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar, dismissing Criminal Appeal No. 44 of 1984, Baljeet v. State of U. P. and Criminal Appeal No. 42 of 1984, Satyapal and three others v. State and upholding the judgment and order of conviction and sentence of the revisionists under Sections 323 read with Sections 149,.P.C. and 147, I.P.C. A fine of Rs. 300 was imposed under Section 147, I.P.C. and a fine of Rs. 200 was imposed under Section 323/149, l.P.C. on each of the convicted accused persons, namely, Ba
(2.) EET, Satya Pal, Kishan Pal, Iqbal and Bir Sen. Revision No. 1210 of 1984 has been filed by BaljEET and Criminal Revision No. 1242 of 1984 has been filed by Satya Pal, Kishan Pal, Iqbal and Bir Sen.
(3.) IT is contended that the Incident had occurred In the year 1981 and the revisionists faced the trial for about three years and the present revisions are pending since 1984, i.e., for more than 12 years. The parties are now living peacefully and no untoward incident is reported since after the occurrence in the year 1981 and there is no previous conviction to the credit of the revisionists.
