JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri G. R. Jain, learned counsel for the revisionist/petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State. Learned counsel for both the parties agree that this petition be disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

(2.) FROM the facts of the case it appears that in case Crime No. nil of 1996 under Sections 467, 468 and 506, I.P.C., P.S. Fatehgarh, Jadunath Singh, opposite party No. 3, filed an application dated 19.2.1997 In the court of Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad wherein it was contended that under the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad, dated 6.7.1996 under Section 156 (3), Cr. P.C. the police of Police Station, Fatehgarh was threatening to arrest him. It was, therefore, prayed that the operation of the aforesaid order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, made in complaint case Raghubir Singh v. Jadunath Singh be stayed and the police be directed not to arrest him on the basis of the aforesaid order.
