JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Sathish Trivedi, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Vikas Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mukesh Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 431 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Ghaziabad.
