JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order disposes of Crl. Misc. Application No. 14197 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No. 169 of 2017 filed on behalf of Jai Deo and Vishnu Deo, Crl. Misc. Application No. 15474 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No. 181 of 2017 filed on behalf of Arun and Crl. Misc. Application No. 15736 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No. 185 of 2017 filed on behalf of Awadhesh.

(2.) The above named persons have challenged a common judgment of conviction. The facts being common, all applications under Section 389 Cr.P.C. are being disposed of by virtue of one order.

(3.) The applicants have been convicted for committing offence under Section 302/34 I.P.C. and Section 201/34 I.P.C. vide judgement dated 24.1.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Ambedkar Nagar.
