(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; and Sri Swapnil Kumar for the landlord respondent.

(2.) In view of the above, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is being finally decided.

(3.) The present petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 24.09.2016 and 17.04.2017 passed by the Prescribed Authority/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 4, Agra in P.A. Case No. 39 of 2011 and Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court No. 1, Agra in Rent Control Appeal No. 167 of 2016 respectively.
