JUDGEMENT

(1.) On issuance of notice, Shri Shikhar Anand, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 2.

(2.) An affidavit of service has also been filed by the petitioner with respect to service of notice upon respondent no. 3 which is taken on record.

(3.) Heard Sri Ram Raj, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shikhar Anand, learned Counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2.
