JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri A.K. Shukla, for the petitioner and Sri Pradeep Kumar Rai, for the contesting respondents.

(2.) Writ B No. 8546 of 1987 has been filed against the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 08.07.1983, passed in Revision No. 352 Rameshwar v. Bhagwat and others and 5 other connected revisions arising out of chak allotment proceeding under U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act").

(3.) Writ B No. 8547 of 1987 has been filed against the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 08.07.1983, passed in Revision No. 376, Jager Nath and others v. Parmeshwar and others, arising out of chak allotment proceeding under the Act.
