JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated 26.4.2010, passed by learned Special Judge, Ayurvedic Ghotala/ Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Lucknow in MACP No.136/2007, Smt. Shyamlata and others vs. UPSRTC.

(2.) Claimants/ Opposite party no.1 is widow of the deceased Anant Kumar while opposite parties no.2 to 6 are the children of deceased while 7 to 9 are brothers and sisters of the deceased.

(3.) According to the claimants, deceased Anant Kumar was working as a clerk in Food Corporation of India Regional Office Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. He was drawing Rs.15,000/- per month as salary. All the claimants were dependent upon him.
