JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Standing Counsel for petitioners and perused the record.

(2.) This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is directed against judgment and order dated 15.01.2008 passed by State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as the "Tribunal") allowing Claim Petition No. 1144 of 2005 filed by claimant-respondent-1, Madhusudan Dutt Tripathi.

(3.) Tribunal has set aside order of punishment dated 01.11.2004 whereby two increments with cumulative effect were stopped and Censure was also awarded on the ground of not holding oral inquiry.
