JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) mandatory injunction seeking eviction of the defendants from two shops, as also damages, on the ground that they were licensees and the license had been revoked.

(3.) The suit was decreed by the trial Court. The consequential appeal was allowed and the suit has been dismissed. Hence this second appeal.
