JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

(2.) The petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

(3.) Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that large scale irregularities were committed by the Consolidation authorities in the process of consolidation in the unit. In support of this contention, reliance has been placed upon various reports filed along with the writ petition as also the supplementary affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also relied upon the order of this Court dated 14.11.201
