JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri P.K. Singh, learned counsel for the complainant and Sri R.D. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.87/12 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 324, 34 IPC police station Shivrajpur District Kanpur Dehat with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail.

(3.) I have perused the prosecution story as set up in the FIR and also the bail rejection order.
