JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the record.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.10.2010 passed by respondent No. 1/Additional District Judge, Court No. 5, Hardoi and order dated 11.01.2008 (Annexure No. 2) passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) West, Hardoi.

(3.) Facts in brief of the present case are that petitioners filed a suit for cancellation of sale certificate registered as Regular Suit No. 576/2007(Sadhu and another v. State of U.P. and others) before the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) West, Hardoi. In the said matter, petitioners moved an application for grant of temporary injunction under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 CPC read with Section 151 CPC registered as paper No. 7Ga.
