JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Kamal Krishna, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri B.P.Misra, learned counsel for the appellants and the learned A.G.A.Sri L.D.Rajbhar.

(2.) Under challenge in the appeal is the judgment and order 25.10.1982 passed by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge,Banda in S.T. No.305 of 1980 State vs. Nakul Singh and another whereby the accused appellants Nakul Singh and Narendra Singh alias Nandu Singh have been convicted for the offence under section 302 I.P.C. read with 34 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life.

(3.) Being aggrieved by the aforesaid judgment and order dated 25.10.1982, the instant appeal is before this Court.
