JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Mohd. Arif Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the respondent No. 1, 3 and 4, and Sri Vivek Raj Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and 5.

(2.) This petition had been entertained and the respondents were granted time to file a counter affidavit. The respondents have filed their affidavits which are on record.

(3.) The petitioners claim themselves to be title holders of the land in dispute and had admittedly executed sale-deeds in favour of the respondent No. 2 and 5 for the construction of an Expressway.
