JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ashish Agrawal and Sri Manish Goyal for the petitioner; Sri Ravi Kiran Jain, learned senior counsel, assisted by Ms. Deba Siddiqui for the landlord-respondents; and perused the record.

(2.) This is a tenant's petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the orders dated 08.02.2012 and 16.12.2016 passed in SCC Suit No. 15 of 1993 and SCC Revision No. 4 of 2012 respectively.

(3.) The plaintiff-respondents 1 to 3 instituted SCC Suit No. 15 of 1993 for a decree of ejectment against the defendant-tenant from a shop as also for damages etc. for the use and occupation of the shop till delivery of possession.
