JUDGEMENT

(1.) It has been reported by the office through three reports dated 11.07.2017, 21.07.2017 and 01.08.2017 that no report has been received by the office from the District Judge, Gorakhpur with regard to the service required to be made by order dated 18.05.2017.

(2.) However, the matter is being proceeded with today as Sri R.K. Yadav, Advocate, who had earlier filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4, has appeared on behalf of those respondents.

(3.) This appeal has been filed by the plaintiff against the judgment and order dated 15.05.1980 passed by 1st Additional District Judge, Gorakhpur in Civil Judge's Appeal No. 48 of 1975 arising out the Original Suit No. 43 of 1969.
