(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mathur, the learned counsel for the complainant and Sri R. S. Parihar, learned A. G. A. for the State.

(2.) Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 204 of 2017, under Sections 376 IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Majhula, District Moradabad.
