JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Sunil, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri Uttam Singh, holding brief of Sri Ashish Agarwal, learned Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The above noted writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 22/29.9.2009 passed by the respondent No.2, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Ashok Marg, Lucknow and the order dated 04.10.2010 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application No. 1351 of 2009.

(3.) By these orders, the claim of the petitioners for appointment on compassionate basis in place of his deceased father has been turned down.
