JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Nazrul Islam Jafri & Sri Swetashwa Agarwal, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant and the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of applicant, are taken on record.

(2.) Heard Sri Kamal Krishna, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Tapan Kumar Mishra, Advocate, appearing for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

(3.) This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Imran, who is involved in Case Crime No. 93 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504, 506, 326 I.P.C. P.S.- Kharkhauda, District- Meerut.
