JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Santosh Singh, Advocate, has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant, the same is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Sri V.M. Zaidi, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri M.J. Akhtar, learned counsel appearing for applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

(3.) This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Noor Mohammad, who is involved in Case Crime No. 84 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 452 I.P.C. P.S.- Saroorpur, District- Meerut.
