JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) This is a defendant's second appeal arising out of a suit for cancellation of a sale deed executed in favour of the appellant-defendant no.1 by the defendant no.2 in the suit.

(3.) The case of the plaintiff was that he is the owner in possession of House No.475. The defendant no.2 executed a sale deed of House No.474, in favour of the appellant-defendant no.1. However, in this sale deed, the boundary mentioned was that a house no.475 belonging to the plaintiff.
