JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) Present petition has been filed for quashing the judgment and order dated 28.2017 passed by learned appellate court.

(3.) The release application filed by the landlord-respondent under Section 21(1)A of the Act 13 of 2017 regarding shop situated at Mohalla Saraswati Nagar, Firozabad was rejected by the trial court. The appeal filed by the landlord-respondent was allowed by the appellate court by the order impugned herein dated 22.8.2017.
