(1.) Heard Sri Piyush Debey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.K. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) Vide order dated 7.11.2017 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner present petition was directed to be listed today along with record of Matters Under Article 227 No. 4292 of 2015 (Vivek Gupta v. Additional District Judge ).

(3.) Sri Kshitij Shailendra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the connected matter has made a statement that the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
