JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a bunch of applications under section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 having been filed prior to the Amendment of 2015. The applications have been filed by the same applicant arraying the same opposite parties and as the facts and issues are the same, therefore, they were clubbed and had been heard together.

(2.) Today these matters have been posted for dictation of judgment. Application No.25 of 2013 arises out of a contract relating to construction of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Gomti Park Lucknow. Application No.26 of 2013 is in respect of a contract relating to construction of Gandhi Setu Lucknow. Application No.27 of 2013 is in respect of a contract relating to construction of Gomti Barrage Lucknow. Application No.28 of 2013 is in respect of a contract relating to construction of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Gomti Vihar, Part-I (remaining part) Lucknow.

(3.) Application No.25 of 2013 has been treated as the leading application.
