JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Standing Counsel for the revisionist.

(2.) Delay in filing of this revision has been explained to the satisfaction of the Court. Delay is accordingly condoned.

(3.) This revision arises out of an order of tribunal dated 26.5.2012, whereby the appeal filed by assessee has been allowed, whereas appeal of revenue has been rejected. The Tribunal has examined materials on record and has reduced the taxable turnover of the assessee. Direction is issued to the assessing authority to issue a fresh demand accordingly.
