JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Bhoopendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners has been heard exhaustively for more than an hour and Sri Prashant Mathur, learned counsel for the responden

(2.) By means of this petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 06.05.2014 passed by the Tribunal in an Original Application No. 1406 of 1992 which was moved by the petitioners with the following prayers:-

(3.) The tribunal has dismissed the original application mainly on the two grounds. Firstly, the application is vague in nature and secondly the petitioners have failed to prove that they were under employment of the Railways.
