JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal writ petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking the quashing of impugned orders dated 9.5.2017 and 18.5.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Muzaffar Nagar in Case No. 14/2017 (Mukesh Kumar v. Jai Singh) relating to the proceeding under section 145/146 of Cr.P.C. and also seeking direction to the respondent No. 1 for passing fresh order after impleading the petitioner as party to the proceeding in question.
