JUDGEMENT

(1.) The argument of this case concluded on 17.05.2017. We then made the following order :-

(2.) We will give reasons later. But we make the operative order here and now. This habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. The impugned orders dated 29.06.2016, 10.08.2016 and 20.9.2016 passed by respondent no. 1 and 2 are hereby quashed.

(3.) There shall however be no order as to costs.
