(1.) By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:

(2.) By the impugned order/notification dated 7 June 2016, issued under Sec. 6 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, notification under Sec. 4(2) issued on 5 May 1972 has been cancelled.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no reason was assigned while issuing notification under Sec. 6.
