JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the title of Respondent no.2 to read as Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Mathura in place of Additional Commissioner (F. and R), Mathura.

(3.) The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 9.2.2001 passed by the respondent no.2-A.D.M. (Finance and Revenue), Mathura in proceedings under section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act, 1899') as well as the revisional order dated 8.9.2003 passed by the respondent no.3-Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra.
