JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.C. Tiwari, learned counsel who has appeared for the contesting respondents.

(2.) The petitioner calls in question the order dated 30 May 2016 passed by the Executive Officer of the Cantonment Board upholding their decision to withdraw the appointment made in favour of the petitioner on the ground of suppression of material information.
