JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the orders passed by the Revenue-Authorities in a proceeding under Rule 115-P of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Rules').

(3.) Challenging the orders impugned, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier a proceeding under Rule 115-P of the Rules was initiated on the application moved by one Priyambada Pandey wife of Ramesh Kumar Pandey which was rejected vide order dated 18.5.2011. The revision filed by Smt. Priyambada Pandey was also rejected on 20.1.2012. Resultantly, the allotment made in favour of the petitioners was upheld.
