(1.) Heard Sri Vijay Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

(2.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally disposed of at this stage.

(3.) By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated 28.7.2017 and the order of the same date for holding preliminary inquiry.
