JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been filed by the employer against the award dated 06.05.2005 passed by the Commissioner, Workmens' Compensation, Meerut in W.C.A No. 177 of 1999, arising from employment injuries claimed by the claimant Shakeel.

(2.) Though the appellant has not framed any question of law, the present does involve following questions of law:-

(3.) The claim petition had been filed, alleging the claimant received certain employment injuries as he fell down from the terrace of the factory premises of the appellant while he was trying to spread out textile sheets (manufactured by the appellant) to dry out in the sun, on 8.9.1998.
