JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri K.M. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellants, Sri Saghir Ahmad, learned AGA and Smt. Manju Thakur, brief holder of the State.

(2.) This appeal has been filed by the accused appellants Girja Shanker A-1 and Ashok A-2 against the judgment and order dated 17.11.1989 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Etawah in S.T. No. 214 of 1988 (State Vs. Ashok and another) under Sec. 302/34 IPC, P.S. Bakewar District Etawah by which both the appellants were convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life under Sec. 302/34 IPC.

(3.) Record of this appeal shows that Ashok A-2 in his appeal has died. This appeal already stands dismissed as abated qua Ashok A-2 by order dated 11.04.2017.
