JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Rajesh Tripathi for Union of India and Shri Neeraj Dube appearing for respondent no. 3.

By means of this petition filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and award dated 16.02013 passed by Competent Authority/Special Land Acquisition Officer, Joint Organisation, Mathura as well as order dated 211.2016 passed by the Arbitrator/Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra.
