JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shyam Sunder, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) Present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 27.10.2017 passed in S.C.C. Revision No. 30 of 2014 and judgment and order dated 30.8.2014 passed in S.C. Case No. 39 of 2012 filed as Annexures 5 and 3 respectively to the writ petition.

(3.) The suit for rent and eviction filed by the landlord was allowed vide judgment and order dated 30.8.2014. The revision filed against the same by the tenant was rejected vide judgment and order dated 27.10.2017.Both orders are under challenge in the present writ petition.
