JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri H.N. Shukla learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.P. Tewari learned counsel for the contesting respondent.

(2.) The writ petition arises out of a suit under Sec. 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act and is directed against the order dated 29.10.2015 passed by the Board of Revenue in second appeal No.2450/2015.

(3.) By the order impugned, a second appeal, filed by the contesting respondent has been admitted and an interim order had been granted staying the operation of the order under appeal, which is an order of remand.
