JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Sri Dileep Kumar and Sri Rajrshi Gupta learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Virendra Pratap Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) The present criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellant-accused Jai Singh against the judgment and order dated 17.02.1986 passed by the IXth Additional Sessions Judge, Etah in Session Trial No. 122 of 1985 arising out of Criminal Case Crime No. 19 of 1984 (State v. Jai Singh) , under Section 302 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Baghwala, District Etah. The appellant-accused Jai Singh has been convicted under Section 302 I.P.C. and he was sentenced with imprisonment for life.
