JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard teamed Counsel for the parties.

(2.) Facts, giving rise to the present dispute, are as under: Petitioner filed an objection under Sec. 9-A (2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act (for short the 'Act') seeking declaration as Bhumidhar of the land in dispute. Objection was filed basically on the ground that land in dispute was transferred by respondent Nos. 4 to 7, the recorded tenure holders, after accepting valuable consideration and he is in possession over the land in dispute for more than 15 years and has constructed residential house.

(3.) The contesting respondents in response to the notice appeared and accepted the claim of petitioner.
