JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE accused applicant who has applied for bail is facing charges in Case Crime No. 2084 of 1998 under Sections 466,471,193 and 420 I.P.C. P.S. Sadar Bazaar, District Shahjahanpur and his trial is pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur.

(2.) THE maximum punishment provided for the offences is 7 years.

(3.) THE trial Magistrate shall record a formal order of termination of proceedings against him. Application allowed.
