JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Raj Kumar for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Kumar for respondent No. 4.

(2.) WE had passed an order on 14-2-2007 directing the petitioner, Rahul @ Chunmun, to produce the girl Radha today (29-3-2007 ). Respondent No. 4, Raj Kumar Sharma was also allowed to be present today. However, although Radha and Rahul @ Chunmun are present in the Court today but Raj Kumar Sharma, respondent No. 4, has chosen not to appear.

(3.) A short counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 4 wherein it is submitted that the High School certificate appears to be a forged document and contains a wrong date of birth and to the best of the deponent's knowledge Radha has never appeared in any examination from Hindu Kanya Inter College, Pilakhuwa, Ghaziabad and she did not pass the High School examination in 2006 as a private candidate.
